Description
Trace elements selenium and zinc contribute to the preservation of normal nails. Doppelherz capsules contain a total of 16 vitamins, minerals and selected trace elements. Also included are 100 mg of silica and 45 mg of pomegranate extract.
Magnesium and calcium, the trace element iron, vitamin B12 and vitamin D play a role in cell division. Vitamin A contributes to cell specialization.
Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Silica is a natural substance and contains silicon as the main ingredient.
Pomegranate is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the Middle East. The edible parts of red fruits are pomegranate seeds. Depending on the degree of maturity, they have a sour to sweet taste.
Zinc contributes to the normal formation of proteins. This also applies to keratin for nail building.
Keratin is composed to a large extent of the amino acid cysteine containing sulfur.
